ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

Express Post: 1-5 business days once shipped

Standard Post: 2-7 business days once shipped

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED FROM THE HEALTHY DOG CO WAREHOUSE?

On a regular day, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours.

During sale periods, purchasing express shipping does not mean your order gets packed quicker. Orders are packed in the sequence that they are placed and during periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any other sale your order may take longer to be sent out than usual due to the large volume we receive. Please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks during a sale period for your order to be packed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided Healthy Dog co cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
